If you are trying to go live to a PowerPoint in EasyWorship and it is showing as a black screen in the Live Output window, it could be caused by a couple things.

The full version of Microsoft Office is not installed on your computer and instead you only have Microsoft Office Desktop Apps installed.

1. Right click on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of your screen where your Start Menu is located.

2. At the top of the list, click on Apps and Features.

3. Scroll down the list of programs and look for Microsoft Office Desktop Apps.

4. Click on Microsoft Office Desktop Apps, and click Uninstall.

5. Open a web browser, and go to portal.office.com, and sign in.

6. You will then need to download your full version of Office that you have purchased.

7. After installing Office, restart the computer, and then re-open EasyWorship and try going live to the PowerPoint again.

You already have your full version of Office installed, but also Microsoft Office Desktop Apps is installed as well.

2. At the top of the list, click on Apps and Features.

4. Click on Microsoft Office Desktop Apps, and click Uninstall.

5. Re-open EasyWorship and try going live to a PowerPoint again.
