PowerPoint Presentations No Longer Loop

You have installed PowerPoint viewer 2010 and do not have the full version of PowerPoint 2010 on the computer. PowerPoint 2010 viewer currently has a bug in it that does not allow a looping slideshow to loop. This bug has been fixed. PowerPoint 2010 Presentations Will Not Load Into the Schedule.

You do not have the latest version of EasyWorship:

  1. In order to use PowerPoint 2010 files in EasyWorship, you will have to have EasyWorship 2009 build 1.9 installed.

  2. If you have EasyWorship 2007 or older you will have to purchase the upgrade to EasyWorship 2009.

  3. Open EasyWorship

  4. Click on help, about EasyWorship.

  5. If you do not have build 1.9, you need to upgrade to build 1.9 from the page below.

If you already have build 1.9

Follow these steps:

  1. Open EasyWorship

  2. Click the Live menu

  3. Click on Options

  4. Click Advanced

  5. Check both options under PowerPoint options

  6. Click OK

  7. Close and reopen EasyWorship

The hook file for connecting to PowerPoint may not have updated.

Reboot the computer then download and reinstall EasyWorship.

You could have a click to run version of office.

You may have a 64 bit version of Office:

  1. Open PowerPoint

  2. Click the File tab

  3. Click help to determine what version you have

  4. If you have a 64 bit version of Office, you will have to uninstall Office then reinstall the 32 bit version

  5. The 32 bit version installs by default from the office install disk

PowerPoint Crashes When Adding A Slide Show Into The Schedule:

  1. Open EasyWorship

  2. Click the Add PowerPoint to Schedule button on the schedule toolbar

  3. Disable the preview pane on the right side

  4. Select a PowerPoint slideshow and click open
