This may be resolved by changing a setting in Internet Explorer. Follow the steps below to change your internet options to correct this problem. Before following these steps please make sure you have installed all updates for windows.
- Close EasyWorship
- Go to Windows Control Panel.
Windows 7 Click start and click control panel
Windows 8 right click start and click control panel.
- Change the view to Large or Small Icons from Category.
- Open Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll to the bottom of that list and make sure the following boxes are checked.
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2
- If any of those are not checked, check them, click OK.
- Open EasyWorship and verify SongSelect works.
